RIP Dave Ratcliff

Q Local.co.uk is deeply saddened to report the death of lifelong Southport FC supporter Dave Ratcliff, aged 54.

Dave passed away peacefully this morning following a short illness.



Dave had served as the chairman and fixture secretary of the Southport Mens Dominoes League.

He also followed Southport FC through the years and was well known at Haig Avenue where he was one of the match stewards. Dave was a former employee at Rawcliffes in Southport where he had worked after leaving school.

Funeral arrangements are to be confirmed.
