Santa Around & About With A Little Help From His Southport Hesketh Round Table Friends
Each year the members of Southport Hesketh Round Table look forward to assisting Santa so he can familiarise himself with Southport (before the big night) and spread a little Christmas cheer and magic to the good people of Southport.
Santa says “Rudolf and the other reindeer like Southport because there are no hills to climb and the people always leave some carrots and mince pies.
In the two weeks before Christmas the sleigh will travel along a street near you between 18:30 and 20:30 during the week. Next weekend the sleigh will be parked outside Marble Place in Chapel Street in Southport Town Centre.

This is a great opportunity to tell Santa himself what you wish for Christmas and give him a wave. Santa’s helpers will be on hand with sweets for good children and collect any donations you kindly make.
Chairman Charlie Openshaw said “We are hoping to raise lots of cash as more people, especially the elderly and children’s projects in Southport need our support.”
In the past organisations such as Help the Aged and Scouts have benefited from money raised. Last year just over £2800 was raised by your support.
The members of Southport Hesketh Round Table would like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas.
