where is the pic of matt naylor??
-
not long to go now, also in HD :D
-
Should make a caption competition out of those pictures.
My attempt,
picture 1, Wheres the buffet?
picture 2, hurry up and take the bloody picture, my face is going to crack.
-
What's the chance of these two being on the 'Clapham Out, OTS in' thread tomorrow?!
-
You'd have thought the eld girl from Liverpool might have had a shave before going on TV haha.
-
The programme lived up to expectations and was an absolute waste of everybody’s time. All that hot air over some bankers knighthood. Chairman Dimbleby was inept, four questions in a hour what a farce.
Now do you believe it was fixed?
-
Thats what it is always like.
Do you think the audience comments were fixed?
Thought it was pretty good actually, the best answers came from the three that are not in parliament
Duncan and Khan just evaded answering the questions.
The best contribution came from our local intelligent audience.
I thought it was chaired well except he let some of them go on too long didn't like the fact some comments made it sound like they were in Liverpool.
Strange how tonight's panelists were a secret until yesterday, but next weeks in London were announced,it looks like they had a job getting people to come up here.

The show was a waste of time as I never saw Matt Naylor once
-
If he only applied yesterday he was kidding you because that was too late.

I do as well and didn't see him on screen however I meant Chirpy was there in the audience.
-
Matt was on the back row in the centre - myself and Chirpy were initially but decided we didn't want it ti cime across as a Q local night out (lol) so we moved and both of us were on screen a couple of times.
The questions robably were approved by the anel - but the audience most certainly ARE NOT briefed what to reply with etc etc.
In fact Mr Dimbleby (who btw is a very funny man and a lot taller than I imagined) said the show us by the audience and for the audience - you are the show or something on those lines.
Excellent night and defo do it again

Probably one of the worst editions of Question Time I've seen for a long time.
The calibre of panellists should have been a give away before I tuned in - and no Lib-Dem representative - where was Dr Pugh ?
Digby - let me get to the buffet before him - Jones, talked over everyone else, including the Chair, and, as far as I could see spent the entire evening auditioning for a Carry On film with lame witicisms.
Alan Duncan did his best to re-inforce the Tory 'Public School Twit' stereotype and I can only assume that either the Chair or Digby where farting all night as he spent the evening looking like he had a bad smell under his nose.
On last nights performance he must be a professional 'supercilious patronising git' - either that or a gifted amateur.
Sadiq - did he say anything all night ?
Tax Payers Alliance Woman had a go at getting a debate started but fell foul of the Allan and Digby show.
Thank God Phil Redmond was there to remind us all just how great the Magic Roundabout was - rock on Dillon !
Best point in the evening came with the lady asking about our own poor and the witty reposte from rent a scouse student lefty, along the lines of - people in India are proper poor people - not like our poor people who simply can't pay their Sky bill - to which she replied - 'I've paid my Sky bill'. Quality.
Still - we've got the Chuckle Brothers to look forward to.
-
" I pay my Sky Bill" No you don't we do. I know that woman and she has never had a job in her life. She lives high on the hog supported by us.

It is one of the QT rules that the 'local' MP is never invited. I agree with you about the panel - and indeed most panels. Why can they not use the web technology to let the public, rather than the party organisations, nominate who they want to hear?
