Go Commando LTD originated from two Royal Marine Commandos, Steven Howard and Chris Lancaster, whom served together in Afghanistan.
Go Commando is now ready to launch it's official opening day. Go Commando has been building as a business in local parks for over a year in the Southport area. Due to it's growing results as a boot camp, I am delighted to announce that we have now expanded our professional organization, in which we have constructed our very own unique military style assault course at the Leisure lakes.
This assault course has been designed to guarantee the physical and mental results that can not be succeeded in a gym environment, as we not only provide the equipment we provide the one on one commitment, nutritional advice and team spirit!
Not only does our format offer people the opportunity to meet new people and succeed, it gives them the opportunity to succeed as a team.
those people who have regularly attended Go Commando have achieved not only great results in mind and body, they have created encouraging and positive friendships, which makes go Commando an enthusiastic and exciting programme for Southport as the first of it's kind in this area.
We are now thrilled to offer the official date of our launch which is sat 16 march, commencing 1200 hrs. We would like to invite the people of the community to attend the fun fuelled day we have in store.
the main event will consist of 8 Royal Marine Commandos led by Southport's Chris Perry vs 8 of Southport's finest fireman led by Southport's Steve Pang, going head to head in a variety of gruelling challenges, all in aid of the Neuro medical ward of AlderHey children's trust.
