A large portion of council tax comes from Southport residents and I think we deserve better for our money than cast off's from Bootle. All council tax received from Southport should be spent in Southport and not drifted off to Bootle.

What utter codswallop ! Name one cast off that has been sent from Bootle. More likely Bootle gets all of Southport's cast-offs !

This is grossly unfair and disgusting. Unless I am very much mistaken YOU don't speak for the entire population of Southport. You like I are entitled to an opinion, however suggesting that everyone in Southport does not want any association with our neighbouring towns/cities is inaccurate. Furthermore suggesting Bootle is full of "cast off's" is a disgraceful and disrespectful statement.
