Advice on posting pictures please?

I'm at a loss how to post certain pictures from t'interweb onto SGB. When I try to save a certain j.peg image to a file, it shows as bitmap (*.bmp), which I can't then post on SGB. Any ideas how to get round this please?

A quick work 'round. If the image downloads to your system using a Windows OS, open it in Paint and save it as a jpeg.

Or you can right click on the pic on the internet and select 'copy image location' (or something like that). Then click the picture tab at the top when your posting and paste the image location into that box.

Delete your temp t'interweb files, then you should be able to save as 'jpg's
