As a British Citizen, may I take this opportunity to ask the following question.

Living, as I do, in a House of Multiple Occupation, and having received, and, duly returned my National Census form, could I ask as to why no other Census forms to the very best of my knowledge, appertaining to the Polish and, no doubt, other Imigrants from Eastern Europe, residing at my Home address, appeared to have received Census forms.
How can this farcical Census possibly relate to the probable population of this Country, if, as I suspect, the Authorities are unable to keep account of the whereabouts of Immigrants to this Country.
Council Tax Bills have been delivered to all known members of this Household, so surely Census forms could be issued in a similar fashion, or is this Census, as a lot of People suspect, a total waste of time.
