on a two month break from the US. Ian, who still lives in Birkdale, was
having a round on a local course (ended in a draw). A keen golfer playing
off 5 handicap. Ian plays midfield for Miami.

own "Pop Idol Joanne Slattery" from Marshside is appearing on
ITV'S Pop Idol this Saturday December 1st. Joanne is in the last 50 and
can be seen LIVE trying for a place in the final 10. Only 2 places are up
for grabs so the voting will be crucial as Joanne is up against Darius and
Rik, She will be singing "RELIGHT MY FIRE" which will be totally
different to the ballads that have been going up to now. Onthespot.

full house. Jane sang some of her new songs from her new album "Love
At The Movies" combined with her favourites which have made her
much-loved by all. Jane is taking a short holiday in the next couple of

pavement works on Lord St will be completed by next Tuesday 20th (if not
before depending on the weather). Dominick said his workers have had a few
problems with tree roots but these have been sorted out now. Onthespot.
