The Silverdale Guest House is now under new management, owned by Olivia and Paul Birch who took over on Saturday 26th July 2008. Both Olivia and Paul have fabulous new plans to make their Guest House one of the best in this beautiful Victorian resort.
They are in the midst of upgrading and putting their own personal stamp on their new home. Both Olivia and Paul are local people who have lived in Southport all their adult lives. They could not think of a better place to bring up their own two children.
Here at the Silverdale, all guests don't just "come into a Guest House" they come into a family run home with the benefits of all the traditional home standards that you would expect from a family run business.
Olivia, who prides herself on her good traditional home cooking, can offer you food from a Sunday Roast, Shepherd's Pie or indeed anything worldwide!
Silverdale could not be based in a more central location in Southport.
With only 5 minutes walk to the world famous Lord Street. If that was not enough, this beautiful Victorian Guest House is only 500 yards from The New Theatre and Conference Centre Complex on the promenade.
Olivia and Paul are excited to be offering all packages to suit all tastes from one night dinner and bed and breakfast, plus Theatre Break from as little as £60 per person per night to other specials available upon request.
Our tarrif prices are £25 per room only or with bed and breakfast £35 only, per person, per night. Children will be catered for, dependent on age. Under
3 year olds will be free, to two paying adults. There are concessions for single parents. All dietery needs are taken care of.
