We are a friendly business based in Southport, Merseyside. The business started as a partnership in March 1997 with the partners being Ron King and Alex Rugen (it's not hard to see where the 'ronal' came from!). More recently (December 1997) we became a Limited Company with the directors being the former partners.

We have Registered Offices at 161-163 Bispham Road, Southport where we repair, upgrade and build systems as well as our trade counter supplying a growing number of trade customers. We also have a Mail Order services focused at Bispham Road.

We will service your computer:
Have your system serviced by one of our three full-time technicians for only £30 plus VAT. The service involves the following:
Software: Scanning of Hard Drive for errors, removal of unnecessary files, Scanning for viruses, defragmentation of Hard Drive etc.
Hardware: External cleaning of system, internal cleaning (removal of excess dust, particular attention paid to graphics card, CPU and case fans). General hardware checks using hardware diagnostic equipment.
Reporting: Hard Drive Integrity, System Benchmark Test, Customer informed of current hardware specifications and advice given on possible upgrade options.
