A family
business, now run by golf enthusiast and Southport FC fanatic Chris
Carney, the shop started off as "Just another trophy shop" but
has since grown into a specialist awards company with the emphasis on
providing its customers with "Something a little
different".
In recent years Chris and his father-in-law, Bill
Howard, have developed a deserved reputation far and wide for supplying
specialised golfing awards and regularly provide trophies for golf club
and societies not just locally, but also Great Britain and overseas.
It
is not just golfers that Rewardaward cater for, with extensive experience
in the design and manufacture of awards and trophies, Chris is able to
offer advice on the most suitable awards for any sport.
Established
in 1980 and originally based on Lord Street, Rewardaward have now been so
successful that we moved to much larger premises on Manchester Road, still
close to the town centre and only 5 minutes from the train station.
Our premises are now the old Post Office at 137 Manchester Road.
It
is with great delight that on a recent visit to the shop, N.W.G.'s editor
was able to see Chris engraving trophies on behalf of Football's Liverpool
County Combination, on the North West's most famous and prestigious
leagues. The service provided by Chris is both friendly and
efficient and you can be sure of a quality finish to your trophies.
