A light breakfast menu is available 9.00am - 11.00am providing teacakes, bacon sandwiches, poached egg on toast, and more! Served with a wide selection of coffees and teas,including fruit, herbal and the new popular green tea. If you prefer something cold, we have a variety of fizzy drinks, fruit juices and flavoured waters, (not forgetting our Pippins special super thick milkshakes).We serve the freshest of food prepared from quality local produce, all cooked on the premises daily.

Choose from a choice of two soups, one always being vegetarian and with fresh locally baked bread or a sandwich from the selection on display. If you prefer a more substantial sandwich, then our open sandwich is the one to choose. Our wide selection of foods include quiches, jacket potatoes, low calorie salads and a daily changing menu of hot foods including; steak and kidney pie, chicken in white sauce, lamb with leeks, chinese prawn and vegetable noodles, grilled gammon steak with fried egg and pineapple, salmon, cod, steak in ale, pork with apricots and lots more!

We also serve vegan and kosher food. A visist to Pippins is not complete without one of our delicious home baked cakes (lemon drizzle, cake to die for!), fresh fruit pies, cream cakes, crumbles, fruit loaves, tarts of all descriptions and of course our famous fruit scones, arguably the best in town. For those with special dietary requirements; coeliac, low fat, low salt, diabetic etc., there is plenty of choice. We also have gluten and fat free cake.
