| The Patisserie of Birkdale Is located at 44 Liverpool road in Birkdale village, a Unique shopping village offering Traditional family shopping, only a five minute drive from Southport town centre. Owned by Terry Jones since 2000 who has experience in the bakery trade nationally and locally since 1980.
In 2007 the business took on a new name (formerly Moretti’s) and heading towards a new modern look. Which now incorporates a deli/Sandwich bar and bean to cup coffees such as cappuccino and espresso, It also has a large wholesale supplying the hotel and catering trade with its fresh baked goods. |

Traditional -
It pride’s itself on it’s traditional baking methods producing a wide range of freshly baked Bread, Cakes, pies and pastries all baked fresh in it’s Liverpool road bakery. Using a wide selection of old and modern recipes and constantly looking at customer needs and trends.
Breads -
From traditional Hovis, White, and Wholemeal to new breads, such as White Granary, Combi-corn and Multi-seed. And a large selection of rolls from white, brown, Malted.
Cakes -
From traditional Madeira, Gingerbread and chocolate cake to Banoffee, chocolate fudge and carrot cake.
Savouries -
From traditional Potato and meat, Steak and Kidney, to Beef Balti. Cheese and onion pasties to quiches. |

The Deli Bar
Cooked meats sliced to order:

Rice, curried rice and pasta salads
Filled salad boxes to order
Luxury coleslaw and Potato salad
Scotch eggs.
The Sandwich bar
Breakfast is served until 12.00 with an excellent choice for the heartiest of appetites, From a basic bacon or sausage barm or it’s delicious pork & Black pudding sausage. If you’re feeling extra hungry why not try a breakfast stick, comprising of 3 rashers of bacon, 2 sausage, 2 eggs, Mushrooms and Tomato on French bread. . Or even add black pudding or hash browns to your order. Or for a light breakfast try the delicious Raisin toast.

In addition we offer home made HOT daily specials, salads, pasta boxes, fresh cream cakes, soup, pies and snacks along with a wide range of cold drinks.
We also provide a wide range of fresh bread, milk and cooked meats for the customer wishing to take advantage of the local amenities.
A wide range of freshly made to order sandwiches are available from our extensive menu.
